Tell us which walls, ceilings or other surfaces you want to discuss. Include whether the area is indoors or outdoors, its approximate size and any existing marks or damaged finishes. Photos are helpful when you speak with Zomer. The condition of the surface can affect the preparation and proposed scope.

Prepare a short list of rooms or areas, any preferred colors or finish, and the timing you have in mind. Let Zomer know whether the property is occupied and whether furniture or access needs to be discussed. You do not need exact measurements to make the first contact.

Discuss preparation, the surfaces included, materials, access and scheduling. Ask what will be included in the estimate before agreeing to proceed. Scope and price depend on the property and the work discussed during the visit.
